Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United States.

Transportation fee:
