Terms of General Conditions

If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.

A) Registration and creation of your personal account
To make the purchase it is not necessary to proceed with registration. In any case, registration brings some advantages, such as receiving preview offers and products.

  • Click on the Login link located at the top left;
  • Enter your username (or email address) and a password in the Register section.
  • By clicking on Register the user will have completed the registration of their account.
  • Through this personal account it will be possible:
    • Track your orders and review purchases made in the past;
    • Save your address to purchase faster;
    • Manage your account information.

B) Insertion of your name in the Newsletter

To subscribe to the Newsletter, simply enter an e-mail address in the newsletter box or register on the site by accepting the receipt of advertising material. In this way the user will be able to receive all updates on the latest products added and notices of any promotions and special initiatives.

C) Conclusion of the purchase

  • The user is invited to recheck the items in their cart by clicking on the "shopping bag" icon at the top right of the page. To remove one or more items from the cart, just use the "remove product" link.
  • To complete your order, click on “Go to checkout ”.
  • Once the list of purchases has been confirmed, you will access the page with any additional data to be entered regarding shipping, invoicing and payment.
  • With the confirmation of the data, the order is registered and you access the page of the chosen payment system for the definitive conclusion of the order.
  • Order executed

Once the actual availability of the goods has been verified and the correctness of the payment has been verified, the order is accepted. Customers who may be interested can receive information on the status of their order by sending an email to the address info@centodieci-shoes.com

We would like to remind our customers that once orders for items already available have been confirmed and processed, they cannot be modified.

D) Payment

Payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and additional costs is made online. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to the payment source provided by the user at the time of shipping the purchased products.

The accepted forms of payment are:

  • Credit Card/Paypal: At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system, provided by Paypal (world leader in online payments). It is possible to make purchases via Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Bank transfer: By choosing the Bank Transfer payment method, the customer automatically sends an order request to centodieci-shop.com which will ship as soon as the amount corresponding to the order placed is credited to the bank account of centodieci-shop.com .

With this form of payment, in the event of a return, it will be necessary to provide your bank details to proceed with the cancellation of the payment.

E) Prices and Currency
The official currency of the Centodieci site is the Euro. For countries that do not join the Euro, the exchange rate depends on the rates applied by your credit card and the rates applied by the form of payment used.

Payments and all monetary transactions take place in Euros. The prices and exchange rates of other currencies have only an indicative value to help the user have a greater perception of the values.

Product prices may be subject to updates. The user must always verify the accuracy of the final sales price before submitting the relevant order form.

VAT – Duties

For countries belonging to the European Community, the price of the product includes VAT.

For non-EU countries, not being subject to VAT, the price of the product includes local, import and customs clearance taxes which will vary depending on the regulations of the country to which the item is shipped.

F) Shipping

Shipments can only concern the territories and countries listed on our site. Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed at the time of registration cannot be accepted by centodieci-shop.com.

The shipments we have planned are currently with DDP delivery paid by the customer, that is, for shipments outside the EEC, the cost that the user will bear also includes the cost of duties and other taxes such as VAT.

Shipping Times and Costs

As soon as payment is authorized and the items are available, orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the time of receipt of the order.

Orders typically arrive at their destination later 24/48h on Italian territory, 48h/72h in European territory, 72h/96h in all other countries (non-EEC).


Shipments made by One hundred and ten are insured against damage or loss. The insurance will be valid until the moment of delivery of the goods to the address indicated by the buyer.

Delivery status

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an information email specifying the shipment identification number which can be monitored on the website of the courier used for the shipment as specified in the order.

Shipping data

centodieci-shop.com will use those indicated by the customer at the time of the order as shipping data.

Shipping Date

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following time: 10.00-18.00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Finally, orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Documents

As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by a waybill and official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Shipping traceability

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an information email specifying the shipment identification number which can be monitored on the website of the courier used for the shipment as specified in the order.

The customer can follow the status of their shipment on the courier's website by simply entering their shipment number in the "Shipping Tracking" field. The displayed web page will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.

Authorized Delivery of the Shipment

Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.

If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by sending an email to address info@centodieci-shoes.com

Couriers used:

– Italy can be different: BRT, SDA, UPS, Mailbox, DHL

– Europe and non-EEC countries: DHL, or other couriers as specified in the order

H) Right of Withdrawal and Right of Return
Our customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with centodieci-shop.com, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the purchased products.

In addition to the right of withdrawal, there is the right to return the goods purchased and received in the event of our shipping errors and/or in the case of products that do not meet the quality.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal/return

The Right of Withdrawal and/or Return is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:

  • Contact customer service at the email address info@centodieci-shoes.com explaining the reason for the return within fourteen days of delivery of the package.
    • Sending a withdrawal/return notification via email to info@centodieci-shoes.com within 14 days of receiving the products, not forgetting to indicate the reasons for the withdrawal/return.
    • Before sending the goods it is expected that you receive the appropriate acceptance email from info@centodieci-shoes.com and this acceptance must be printed and attached to the shipment.
    • The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
    • The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
    • The products must be returned intact and unused, as well as in their original packaging
    • Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order;
    • Returned products must be sent to: Centodieci – Via Cola di Rienzo 135 – 00192 Rome , Italy in a single shipment, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
    • The returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer received the return acceptance email.
    • The products can be returned by sending the package via the couriers indicated and used by Centodieci, or via another courier, only after receiving the ok via email from info@centodieci-shoes.com

Refund times and methods

  • After Centodieci has received the return request and checked that all the requirements have been met, the customer will receive an email confirming acceptance/payment/replacement of the return.
  • Centodieci will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products, net of shipping costs and any customs duties incurred in Italy for the return of the purchased products.
  • Once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified, the sums will be refunded as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which Centodieci received the return of the purchased product.
  • If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to Centodieci; however, the customer will be able to regain, at his expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Centodieci. Otherwise Centodieci may retain the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. The products will remain available to the customer for 3 months, after which they will be destroyed or otherwise sent for disposal.
  • If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who paid the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by Centodieci, in in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
  • Shipping costs for returning the products will be borne by the customer, including liability in the event of loss or damage to the products.
  • As mentioned, the actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
    • purchase by bank transfer: the refund is made to the current account from which the transfer was made.
    • purchase via PayPal: the refund takes place on the PayPal account and is immediately visible from the moment Centodieci accepts the return. The actual credit card refund to your PayPal account depends on the credit card company, but normally occurs within 30 days.
  • In the case of a gift, the sums will be refunded to the person who made the payment.

Product identification tag

All products offered for sale by centodieci-shop.com are equipped with an identification tag secured with a disposable seal. Centodieci asks you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal, because returned products that do not have them will not be accepted.

G) Promotional Codes
Customers who subscribe to the Centodieci-shop.com newsletter will receive updates on promotions and promotional codes that can be added to the cart during the purchase process. Each code has a start and end date of validity and this time limit cannot be extended in any way.
